At present most of the leading mold makers in Asia, and in Korea are equipped with machines and tools for speedy metalworking. Dukheung Engineering is not behind those tool makers. In addition to that, in 2002 we invested in 250 ton die spotting press that makes it easier and significantly shortents finishing works particularly on large injection molds and die casting dies.

As a tool maker equipped with full set of metal working machines needed for manufacturing plastic injection molds and aluminum die casting molds for mouldings ranging from small, close tolerance to medium-large parts, i.e. car instrument pannels, and also having other equipment for precise finishing of tools we can get your projects going fast.

It may vary a little, depending on product size and complexity of shape, but usually accepted mold orders, even for large tools, are finished within 6 week lead-time. Many molds for simple shape and not too large parts can be finished within one month.
